John's life has been filled with much tragedy and much love.
His mother gave birth to him on the side of the interstate as she lay dying. He was in foster homes until 4 when a wonderful man adopted him into his home. What follows in John's life is a graph chart of good and bad.
When his wife, who was carrying their child, is also killed in a car accident, John has that moment in life when you have to wonder............ "How much more can a person take?"
Into his life comes someone who he realizes has been helping to keep his wife and child's roadside cross clean and decorated. Who is this person and can they help bring John back into the world and help him keep faith?
To tell anymore gives the entire book away and I dislike doing that so I will stop here. A slim book, but one full of emotion. You very much root for John to carry on and survive in the midst of sadness and you feel each emotion he exhibits.
A good read.
