Coming Home
Author: Tori Bailey
Publisher: CreateSpace
Publication Date: 2010
ISBN: 978-1-45385-9865

Coming Home is a story about letting your stubborn bone ruin what could have been.  Mac, Anne and Maggie all had a strong stubborn bone and none would back down and listen to the other side of the story.

Now Mac's dead and his daughter Anne just found out she doesn't get his flying business.  Instead he's left it to an old flame that he managed to chase away years ago - Maggie.

Anne has always hated Maggie since she feels that Maggie tried to take her mother's place after she died.  Anne also had a bad relationship with her father as she feels he allowed someone to take her mother's place.  Maggie has been in love with Mac for years but he chased her away and refused to allow her back into his life - for reasons she's never been sure of.

Now secrets start to come out and mysteries surround Mac's death and a few other past injuries and incidents that have occurred in the business.  Can Maggie and Anne make up for all the years of animosity and learn to work together to find out if Mac was murdered?

While this has an unresolved mystery in the story, the true story revolves around forgiveness and understanding.

A very captivating book to read.  The characters are real, and you become engrossed in the story line.  The Dew recommends it.

Welcome to the Book Review Section at the Dew!

If you are a publishing house or author who has a book Southern in nature, or by a Southern writer, that you would like the Dew to review, please contact me at dewonthekudzu@gmail.com and I will provide you mailing information. (Wink wink, nudge nudge... the Dew has been getting a little lax about the Southern rule recently... just saying.)

The Dew tries it's best to have a review online as close to the publication date as possible, depending on the number of books waiting for review.

Please note, book reviews are the Dew's "business". The Dew does NOT post it's reviews on other sites. Please do not request that we do so. Thank you.

BUT, if I review your book, you may feel free to share it wherever you wish!
